A serial entrepreneur, inventor, and author with a track record spanning two public companies. After leading new business development at Recruit Holdings, Toyoshi co-founded Showcase Inc., guiding it to a JASDAQ/Mothers listing within 9 years and to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market in its 11th year. He subsequently acquired ReYuu Japan Inc. through M&A, serving as CEO of two listed companies simultaneously. A prolific innovator, he holds 10 patents in digital and new business domains. He stepped down from both companies in 2025 to pursue new ventures.

リクルートホールディングスで新規事業開発を担当した後、株式会社ショーケースを共同創業。創業9年で東証マザーズ上場、11年目で東証一部上場へ導く。その後、同じ東証に上場するReYuuJapan株式会社をM&Aして、上場企業2社のCEOを務めた。デジタル領域や新規事業における発明家として10の特許を持つ。2025年に同社を退任し、新たな挑戦へ。
